Most pages about a supplement are written from the seller's own copy. This one is written from the bottle. Below are the standards that decision commits us to, written down so you can hold us to them.

1. The label outranks the marketing

Every ingredient and every amount published here comes from the product's own Supplement Facts panel, which we photograph and reproduce so the transcription can be checked against the original. Where the panel and the sales page disagree, the panel wins and we say the sales page was wrong.

2. An estimate is labelled as an estimate

Sometimes the interesting number is not printed. This label declares a single 525 mg blend but breaks out calcium, magnesium and sodium separately, which lets us bound the ketone content from outside. When we do that kind of work we show the calculation and call the result an estimate. It never gets promoted to a fact.

3. We publish no endorsements

There are no customer quotes on this site, no names, no locations, no star ratings and no review totals. We cannot verify a single one, and publishing an endorsement we cannot verify is the kind of shortcut that makes review sites worthless. A missing section is the honest outcome.

4. Prices are quoted, not dramatised

We reproduce what the official checkout charges and nothing else. If we cannot confirm a regular or former price for the product, no strikethrough and no savings figure appears here. A discount you cannot verify is a claim, not a bargain.

5. Weak evidence is described as weak

The human research on apple cider vinegar and body weight is small, mixed and always alongside a calorie-controlled diet, and the ketone salt content here is orders of magnitude below anything trialled. Those sentences cost us sales. They stay in.

6. Nothing here is medical
